Psychotherapy is a talking therapy to help you to express and deal with emotional and psychological issues. There are lots of types of psychotherapy, as well as talking, other ways of expressing creatively can be used such as art.


It may be that you have a specific issue you need support with such as a relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, bereavement, or a stressful time at work or home. In this case psychotherapy offers a space for you to express how the events impact you and your life and looks at ways to move on.


In other instances, psychotherapy can be a deep and explorative process if you are finding that things just aren’t right in  your life although you can’t pinpoint a clear reason why. Perhaps you feel stuck in life, or you have no sense of direction, or feel that you lack a sense of identity. It may be that somehow there are areas in your life that just don’t work out how you wish them to – your work life, or relationships. Psychotherapy can be a life changing process through which you are able to begin to tread the path of self discovery, and the subsequent discovery new ways of being within yourself and the wider world around you.


I work on a one to one basis with adults and adolescents. The therapy sessions last 50 minutes and will be at the same time and day each week. My practice is online via Zoom, Skype or Duo. I offer face to face sessions in Ainsa, Sobrarbe, Huesca.
